Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato wedges (undrained)
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sweet basil
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 cup dry macaroni

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni with tomato wedges, tomato sauce, pinto beans, minced garlic, oregano, bay leaf, salt, sweet basil, chopped parsley, and onion powder.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish, cover, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
