Spaghetti Genoa

- Heat 2 tsp. olive oil in skillet. Skin sausage (squeeze sausage out of casing)and brown in skillet. Add garlic and onion and saute until onion is transparent. Drain off fat. Add the three cans of tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, basil and parsley. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Stir occasionally and serve over one pound hot cooked spaghetti (cooked according to package). Top with freshly grated parmesian cheese.
