Ingredients

  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger and chopped onion in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  2. Mix the cooked hamburger and onion with the spaghetti sauce and let it simmer.
  3. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  4. Combine the cooked noodles with the sauce mixture.
  5. Layer the noodle and sauce mixture in a deep casserole dish, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake the casserole at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
