Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 2 fresh tomatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 green onion, diced
  • 1 large bottle Italian dressing
  • 1/2 jar McCormick Salad Supreme

Instructions

  1. Break spaghetti into thirds and cook until al dente.
  2. Drain and rinse spaghetti with cold water, then mix with Italian dressing.
  3. Cool the mixture and then stir in Salad Supreme seasoning.
  4. Add diced red onion, peeled and diced cucumber, peeled and diced tomatoes, and green onion; mix well.
  5. Place the salad in the refrigerator to chill.
  6. Stir every few hours to evenly distribute flavors.
  7. Serve chilled after several hours or the next day.
