Ingredients

  • 7 oz. uncooked spaghetti
  • 5 oz. mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. snipped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti as directed on the package.
  2. Cook and stir mushrooms in butter in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat until tender.
  3. Stir in flour, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens and is heated through.
  5. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add to the mushroom sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with snipped parsley and serve.
