Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or margarine
  • 1-2 oz. Can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 15oz. Can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. Dried, crushed oregano
  • 6 oz. cooked spaghetti noodles

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, add the butter, sliced mushrooms, sugar, tomato sauce, and dried crushed oregano.
  2. Over low heat, stir occasionally and bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Lower the heat to medium low and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve the sauce over cooked spaghetti noodles.
