Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 to 5 red potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can Spam, diced

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté chopped onions until they are clear.
  2. Add peeled and cubed potatoes and cook until almost done.
  3. Add diced Spam to the skillet.
  4. Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes until the Spam is heated through.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add additional seasonings if desired and serve.
