Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon MSG
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients; chill.
  2. Shape into balls.
  3. Bake 20 minutes at 350°F or until they start to brown slightly.
