Ingredients

  • 1 (about 2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced beef, rinsed and drained
  • 4 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and deboned
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 slices bacon, cut in half

Instructions

  1. Arrange a single layer of sliced beef in a shallow 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  2. Place the split, skinned, and deboned chicken breasts on top of the beef.
  3. Blend the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream together.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over all the ingredients in the pan.
  5. Top with bacon slices, cut in half.
  6. Cover the pan and bake at 250°F for 3 hours.
  7. Uncover and bake for an additional 1 hour.
