Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, margarine and nuts.
  2. Press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for about 12 to 15 minutes; let cool.
