Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • sliced pineapple, drained
  • American cheese
  • 2 or 3 slices cooked bacon
  • margarine

Instructions

  1. Place cheese between the slices of bread.
  2. Cook the sandwich in margarine as you would for a grilled cheese, until the bread is browned and the cheese is melted.
  3. Open the sandwich and add slices of cooked bacon and pineapple.
  4. Close the sandwich and serve.
