Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
  • 2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. cold milk
  • 11 oz. cream cheese
  • 20 oz. crushed pineapple
  • large Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Bake cake mix according to directions on box in 12 x 18-inch pan at 350° for 15 minutes or until done.
  2. Mix pudding and milk until slightly thick; add softened cream cheese.
  3. Spread on cooled cake.
  4. Sprinkle with drained crushed pineapple.
  5. Layer thick layer Cool Whip.
  6. Garnish with cherries and nuts.
