Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes with thin skins
  • 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1 large onion, sliced thin
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash potatoes and cut into cubes.
  2. Layer the potato cubes with sliced onions and butter in a baking dish.
  3. Pour 1 cup of Worcestershire sauce over the layered potatoes and onions.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) until the potatoes are tender and golden, about 1 hour.
