Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup olive oil

  2. With the blender motor running, add the olive oil in a thin, steady stream.
  3. Blend until the dressing is slightly thickened.
