Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 large bag chicken drummettes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Lightly grease a 7-inch baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, ground allspice, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves; set aside.
  4. Place chicken drummettes in the greased baking dish in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Turn each piece over.
  7. Sprinkle chicken pieces evenly with the spice mixture.
  8. Bake for an additional 35 to 40 minutes, or until juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
  9. Serve hot.
