Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 cups pecans
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and add cayenne, cinnamon, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, and salt.
  2. Mix thoroughly. Add pecans and toss gently until all nuts are coated.
  3. Place coated pecans in a shallow baking pan.
  4. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 30 minutes, turning at least once.
