Ingredients

  • 29 oz. can solid pack pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. In a pan, whisk all ingredients until combined.
  2. Bring to a simmer; reduce heat to low.
  3. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes until thick enough to hold shape on a spoon.
  4. As mixture thickens, stir more frequently to prevent scorching.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
