Ingredients

  • 2 qt. water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 sticks cinnamon
  • 20 whole cloves
  • 20 whole allspice
  • 1 qt. boiling water
  • 6 tea bags
  • 2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine water, sugar, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and allspice in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. In a 2-quart pot, add boiling water and tea bags to make tea.
  4. Pour the brewed tea into the first pot containing the spices and syrup.
  5. Add pineapple juice, orange juice, and lemon juice to the mixture.
  6. Serve hot or chilled.
