Ingredients

  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Italian seasoning
  • oregano seasoning
  • sage
  • onion

Instructions

  1. Roll the deer meat in flour.
  2. Fry the coated meat in vegetable oil at a low temperature until browned.
  3. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add small amounts of Italian seasoning and oregano seasoning.
  5. Sprinkle in a pinch of sage.
  6. Add 1 cup of diced fresh onions.
  7. Continue frying at low temperature under a lid until the meat is brown and tender.
