Ingredients

  • 3 lb smoked kielbasa
  • 1 small bottle Open Pit barbecue sauce
  • 1 small jar Dijon mustard
  • 1 jar grape jelly
  • Tabasco sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the smoked kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place the kielbasa pieces in a crock-pot.
  3. Add the barbecue sauce, Dijon mustard, grape jelly, and Tabasco sauce to the crock-pot.
  4. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  5. Simmer on low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally if desired.
