Ingredients

  • 6 oz. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 2 c. Bubble-Up
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 2/3 c. chopped salted peanuts
  • 1 c. grated mild cheese

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lemon Jell-O in hot water.
  2. Add Bubble-Up and pineapple juice to the dissolved Jell-O.
  3. Chill until the mixture becomes syrupy.
  4. Add crushed pineapple, chopped celery, salted peanuts, and grated mild cheese to the mixture.
  5. Chill the salad before serving.
