Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 (16 oz) cans salted peanuts
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a heavy skillet, cook vegetable oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes over medium heat for about 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add salted peanuts and stir until well blended.
  5. Pour the peanut mixture onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Bake until lightly browned.
  8. Sprinkle paprika and chili powder over peanuts and stir to coat evenly.
  9. Allow peanuts to cool completely before serving.
