Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon egg white
  • 2 cups pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place nuts in a small bowl.
  3. Pour egg whites over nuts and stir until nuts are coated and sticky.
  4. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over nuts, stirring until sugar mixture completely coats nuts.
  5. Spread nuts on an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
