Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or poultry
  • 3 to 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 medium or large onion, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, using a food processor.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls.
  3. Fry or boil the meatballs on a greased surface for 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
