Ingredients

  • 1 large can artichokes, quartered
  • 2 packages cooked leaf spinach
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Arrange artichokes in a shallow 8 x 10-inch casserole dish.
  2. Mix cooked leaf spinach and cream cheese; season with butter, lemon juice, and desired seasonings.
  3. Pour the spinach and cream cheese mixture over the artichokes.
  4. Top with bread crumbs.
  5. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
