Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. chopped spinach
  • 2 chicken breasts, deboned and cut into small pieces
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 tsp. onion flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 2 tsp. oleo, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, milk, chicken pieces, chopped spinach, and onion flakes in a bowl.
  3. Spoon the spinach mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Combine cracker crumbs and melted oleo, then sprinkle over the spinach mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
