Spinach Bread Dunk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup - mayonnaise
  • 1 cup - sour cream
  • 2-3 scallions (or spring onions)
  • 1 pkg - Knorr vegetable soup
  • 1 pkg - frozen chopped spinach, drained
  • 1 can - water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 loaf (round) - sour dough bread

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Chill for at least 4 hours (overnight is better)
  3. Hollow out the bread and fill with dip.
  4. Serve with remaining bread or crackers.
