Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tube garlic cheese spread
  • 1 package frozen spinach
  • 1 loaf French bread

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen spinach for 7 minutes and set aside.
  2. Saute the chopped onion in butter until translucent.
  3. Add the garlic cheese spread to the sauteed onions and stir until melted and combined.
  4. Mix the cooked spinach into the cheese and onion mixture.
  5. Spread the spinach and cheese mixture onto the French bread loaf.
