Spinach-Broccoli Bake

A creamy spinach and broccoli casserole with cheddar cheese, perfect for a comforting family meal or potluck side dish, featuring savory onion flavor and cheesy goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen broccoli and spinach separately according to package directions.
  2. Drain well and press out excess water from the spinach.
  3. Place the cooked broccoli in the bottom of a 6 x 9-inch glass casserole dish.
  4. Mix together the sour cream and onion soup mix, then spread over the broccoli.
  5. Spread the drained spinach over the sour cream mixture.
  6. Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in a 375°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
