Ingredients

  • 11 oz. package frozen breaded fish squares
  • 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
  • 11 oz. can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • dash of ground nutmeg
  • lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Arrange fish squares in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish and bake at 425°F for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook frozen spinach according to package directions; drain.
  3. Combine drained spinach, condensed Cheddar cheese soup, milk, and a dash of ground nutmeg.
  4. Heat the mixture until warm, then spoon over the partially baked fish in the baking dish.
  5. Garnish with lemon wedges and return to the oven for 5 minutes before serving.
