Ingredients

  • 1 cup salad dressing
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package Ranch dressing mix (1.1 oz.)
  • 1 (10 oz.) package chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped and drained
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 1 round bread loaf (white, sourdough, Hawaiian)

Instructions

  1. Mix salad dressing, sour cream, and Ranch dressing mix until well blended.
  2. Add chopped spinach, water chestnuts, and red bell pepper; mix well.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture.
  4. Cut a slice from the top of the bread loaf and remove the center, leaving a 1-inch thick shell.
  5. Cut the removed bread into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Spoon the dip into the bread loaf just before serving.
  7. Serve with bread pieces and dippers.
