Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen chopped spinach and squeeze out as much water as possible.
  2. Chop the green onions and parsley.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, green onions, and parsley.
  4. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice to the bowl.
  5. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until chilled.
