Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bag spinach
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 can real bacon bits
  • 1 (8 oz.) box frozen peas
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 pkg. Swiss cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Wash spinach and let it dry.
  2. Place a layer of broken up spinach in a glass 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. Cover with sliced hard-boiled eggs.
  4. Pour bacon bits over the eggs, then add the peas.
  5. Slice bits of red onion on top.
  6. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together, then frost the top like a cake.
  7. Grate Swiss cheese on top.
  8. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
