Ingredients

  • 6 c. torn fresh spinach
  • 1 (11 oz.) can drained Mandarin oranges
  • 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. toasted slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. Place torn spinach in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add Mandarin orange sections and sliced mushrooms.
  3. Toss lightly to combine.
  4. Cover and chill before serving.
