Ingredients

  • sour cream
  • lemon juice
  • knorr spinach soup/dip
  • mayonnaise
  • dill
  • cucumber
  • bread

Instructions

  1. Remove crusts from bread and cut into rounds (4 per slice).
  2. Blend spinach, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in chopped cucumbers, lemon juice, and dill.
  4. Chill the mixture for 2 hours, covered.
  5. Spread the spinach mixture on each bread round and top with a light shake of paprika.
  6. Serve with tea or as a cocktail hors d'oeuvre.
