Instructions
- To make dressing, use a blender container.
- Combine oil, sugar, onion, vinegar, mustard and celery seed.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Keep covered and chill.
- In a skillet, fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
- In a large salad bowl, combine spinach, mushrooms, eggs and bacon.
- Pour dressing over salad; toss lightly.
