Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Jiffy cake mix (white or yellow)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Mix the cake mix as directed on the package.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  4. Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
