Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. small new potatoes
  • 1/2 c. chopped, seeded cucumbers
  • 1/2 c. sliced radishes
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • dash of hot pepper sauce
  • 8 oz. sour cream dip with chives
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Scrub the potatoes, but don't peel them.
  2. Cut any large potatoes into smaller pieces.
  3. Cook potatoes in salted water until tender; drain.
  4. In a saucepan, combine sour cream dip with chives, cucumber, radishes, milk, salt, pepper, and hot pepper sauce.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked potatoes in a serving dish.
