Ingredients

  • 4 lb. pork spareribs
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Place ribs meaty side down in a shallow roasting pan.
  2. Roast in a 450° oven for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain off fat.
  4. Turn ribs and roast for 30 more minutes.
  5. Drain off fat again.
  6. Combine remaining ingredients and brush on ribs.
  7. Reduce oven temperature to 350°.
  8. Cover ribs and roast for 1 hour, brushing with sauce occasionally.
