Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 12 oz. butterscotch or chocolate chips
  • 1 small can chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter and chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes, stirring after each minute.
  2. Add chow mein noodles and chopped nuts to the mixture and stir to coat.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper and refrigerate until set.
