Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 to 3 cups finely crumbled graham crackers
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix the margarine, peanut butter, crumbled graham crackers, and powdered sugar until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and the remaining stick of margarine together.
  4. Spread the melted chocolate mixture evenly over the peanut butter layer.
  5. Cool and let set until firm.
  6. Cut into 1/2-inch squares. Nuts can be added if desired.
