Ingredients

  • 4 cups peeled and seeded yellow squash
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 apples, cored and diced
  • 1 medium-sized potato, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
