Ingredients

  • 4-5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3/4 cup red pepper, chopped very small
  • 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • olive oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons diced hot jalapeno peppers
  • 1/4 lemon, squeezed
  • 1/2-1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 pound Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cut bread down the middle and slice into strips.
  2. Drizzle with butter, add garlic if desired, and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  3. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped garlic, red pepper, diced jalapenos, lemon juice, and chopped artichoke hearts.
  4. Mix well and transfer to ramekins.
  5. Bake at 350°F for an additional 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with bread or crackers.
