Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage meat
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 package Lipton noodle soup mix
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the sausage meat and drain the excess fat.
  2. In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  3. Add the Lipton noodle soup mix and rice to the boiling water.
  4. Cook for 7 minutes, then add the cream of celery soup, chopped bell pepper, and chopped onion.
  5. Return to simmer and cook until vegetables are tender and flavors meld, about 5-8 minutes.
