Ingredients

  • 1 loaf bread (4 or 5 days old)
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Cut slices of bread into fine strips.
  2. Dip bread strips into condensed milk.
  3. Drain excess milk from the strips.
  4. Roll the dipped bread strips in shredded coconut.
  5. Place the coated strips on a greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until browned.
