Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak or hamburger patties
  • flour
  • garlic powder
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water

Instructions

  1. Cut steak into serving size pieces.
  2. Roll the steak pieces in flour.
  3. Heat an iron skillet or suitable pan over medium heat.
  4. Brown the floured steak pieces on both sides.
  5. Drain off excess grease from the skillet.
  6. Sprinkle the browned steak with garlic powder.
  7. Add the can of cream of mushroom soup and water to the skillet.
  8. Simmer until the steak is cooked through and flavors meld, about 15-20 minutes.
