Ingredients

  • 4 small steaks
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 cup water
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the steaks.
  2. Quick-fry the steaks in oil until both sides are brown.
  3. Drain the oil off the steaks.
  4. Cut the green onions and canned mushrooms into pieces.
  5. Add the onions and mushrooms to the skillet along with water.
  6. Put a lid on the skillet and simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. Serve the steaks topped with some mushrooms and onions.
