Ingredients

  • round steak or venison
  • bacon strips
  • flour
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the round steak or venison into strips. Dip each strip in seasoned flour and roll up.
  2. Wrap a strip of bacon around each meat roll and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Brown the steak rolls over medium heat in hot oil until browned on all sides.
  4. Pour off excess grease from the skillet.
  5. Add the can of celery soup and water to the skillet.
  6. Cover and simmer for one hour.
