Ingredients

  • 1 whole deer tenderloin steak
  • bacon
  • red cooking wine
  • A.1. steak sauce
  • onion
  • pepper
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Place 5 or 6 slices of bacon in a pan with a little red cooking wine and A.1. steak sauce.
  2. Add the whole deer tenderloin steak to the pan.
  3. Add sliced onion and pepper to the pan.
  4. Fry all ingredients in butter for 5 to 7 minutes on high heat.
  5. Add a little Morton Nature Seasoning before serving.
