Ingredients

  • 1 or more tender steaks (ribeye, Filet Mignon, porterhouse, etc.)
  • garlic salt
  • seasoning salt
  • black pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • butter
  • onion
  • parsley
  • cooking wine

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle steaks lightly with garlic salt, seasoning salt, black pepper, and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  2. Place each steak in a skillet with a pat of butter.
  3. Cook on medium heat, frying each side until lightly browned.
  4. Add chopped onion and parsley on top of the steaks.
  5. Pour about 1 tablespoon of cooking wine over each steak.
  6. Cover the skillet and simmer until the steaks are cooked to your desired doneness.
